Fuller's
Social Media
Training Programme
The Brief
Upskilling 100+ pub operators in social media and AI.
Fuller's tenanted pub operators run their own businesses. They are not employed by Fuller's but are supported through the tenancy agreement. Due to the demographic of the majority of publicans, the skill set and understanding around social media, particularly in a fast-changing digital landscape, was generally low.
Fuller's needed a practical, engaging training programme that would take pub operators from wherever they were, whether complete beginners or already posting occasionally, and give them the confidence, tools, and strategy to use social media effectively to drive footfall and build their pub's online presence.
The programme needed to be hands-on, enjoyable, and immediately applicable. No death by PowerPoint. No jargon. Just practical skills that publicans could take back to their pubs and start using straight away.

What They Leave With
A content calendar with purpose, connected to their pub's upcoming events and the messages they want to share. A toolkit of time-saving AI tools and techniques they can use immediately. Clear do's and don'ts for effective posting. And strategies to engage and retain customers while tracking what is actually working.
Why It Works
The workshops are interactive from start to finish. Participants are matching audiences to platforms, swiping through real pub posts to identify what works, creating content live in the room, and walking out with a plan they built themselves. It is practical, it is fun, and it sticks.
The proof is in the numbers. Every workshop now fills the moment it is released. Word of mouth has done the marketing.
